Charles Hannon Kelley, age 76, passed away on July 8th, 2023, in Plano, TX.
He was born on November 5th, 1946 to Charles Brady Kelley and Marie Catherine McDermott Kelley in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He attended St. Francis of Assisi and St. Catherine Labore Elementary Schools and Bishop McDevitt High School.
He was a member of the first graduating class from Harrisburg Area Community College and earned a BA degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Kelley taught at Truman Junior High School. It was in San Antonio that he met the love of his life, Margaret Gutierrez and they were married in 1972.
In 1974, he went to work for the social security administration and retired in 2007 in Dallas, TX.
