Carole was born Dec 23, 1942 in Beavers Falls, Pennsylvania,
and passed away April 18, 2010 in Dallas,Texas hospital.
Carole was preceded in death by her parents Philip Anthony Ross Sr. and Helen Syka Ross
and her brother Phil Ross Jr.
She is survived by husband Frank Azzarello and son Robert Azzarello of Dallas, Texas;
daughter Julie Reed of Spokane, Washington; granddaughter Carole Elaine of Great Lakes, IL;
3 other grandchildren;
2 great-grandchildren; brother David Ross of Dallas.

The Rosary followed by The Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2010 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 6306 Kenwood Avenue at Abrams Road in dallas, Texas 75214. Very Rev. John Libone, Celebrant. Interment Calvary Hill Cemetery, Dallas, Texas.
