Carlene is preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and one sister. She is survived by Jeanie Mixon of Katy, Texas. Carlene graduated from Paris High School, in Paris, Texas. She moved to Dallas where she met Tony Honeycutt and quickly fell in love and they were married and had their first daughter Toni Michelle followed by Jennifer Leigh.
While she had several jobs over the years including working for Southland Life Insurance, and Grand Prairie Independent School District where she retired. She would probably proclaim being mom and “Gammy” her most prized roles. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
She was a devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church where she loved being an active member. She also was active in a couple of social groups including her Chicken foot friends. Anyone who met her immediately noticed her great style and fashion sense always complimented with a smile on her face and friendly demeanor.

Steve and Jennifer Liles of Hudson Oaks, Texas

Josh Fairbanks of Minnesota
Jordan Liles of Austin, Texas
Dakota and Katy Liles of Willow Park, Texas
Matthew Fairbanks of Montana
Megan Fairbanks of Minnesota and numerous great grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held for her on January 16th at Laurel land in Dallas, Texas. In lieu of flowers, do a good deed for someone in memory of Carlene. She was a giver and always thought of others so honor that way if you choose.
