Born: July 26, 1957 Died: September 2, 2022 at age 65.
Brian was born at St. Paul hospital in Dallas,Texas to Kathleen Patricia Johnston, of Castle Comer, Ireland and Louis Coleman Johnston, MD of Waxahachie, Texas. He was the 4th of their five sons. He attended St. Monica’s School and Cistercian Preparatory School. Brian spent the majority of his career in sales positions in Dallas, Austin and Atlanta.
Brian was smart, athletic and always the life of the party. He was proud of his Irish heritage and his beloved family farm in Waxahachie, Texas.
He was preceded in death by both his mother Kitty and his father Louis. He is survived by his brothers: Richard Johnston, MD, Kevin Johnston, Stephen Johnston, MD and Murphy Johnston. Nephews: Brendan, Graham, Will, Wes, Cole, Connor and Cameron. Nieces: Meredith, Shelly, Erin, Colleen, Kit, India and many great nephews and nieces.
He will have a private family funeral service at the Cistercian Abby Chapel in Irving.
