Brandon grew up in El Paso, Texas till he graduated from Franklin High School when he moved to Frisco, Texas to live with his mom. Brandon loved school all 12 years! In middle school and high school, Brandon excelled at swimming. He started swimming at Coronado Country Club and continued in high school. He was on his high schools swim team where he swam the breaststroke, free style and relay. He won numerous ribbons and trophies. One of his favorite places to be was in the water. His passion for swimming showed every time he would get in the water. His breast stroke was like no other.
In high school he was on the debate team that went to state and he was also Homecoming Prince.
Brandon lived in Dallas, Texas till his passing.
Brandon loved life! He would make anyone feel beautiful and loved so easily. When Brandon walked into the room people knew and gravitated to him. Brandon was always right!! There was no arguing with him. It became such a funny joke that even when he found out he was incorrect.. he said he was right. No getting around it. He never liked getting his hands dirty. He enjoyed doing makeup for others and he did an amazing job at it.
Every time a beauty pageant was on, he would pick and write down his top 5 before it started. More times than not he was right. He and his mom would go back and forth during the pageants talking about the dresses.. the interviews etc. Don't call Brandon when a pageant was on because he was not going to pick up the phone!
He loved listening to music. Britney Spears, Celine Dion Whitney Houston (his 1st concert), Andrew Lloyd Weber's Phantom of the Opera and anything on IHeart radio. Brandon LOVED watching the Golden Girls. That by far was his favorite show! He would really watch it every night! He also loved the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks.
Brandon loved God and was a Christian. He attended Catholic church while growing up.
Brandon always believed in doing the right thing for people and it didn't matter how big or small. He wanted other to know how important they were and how he believed in them. He was a great boss and mentor to many over his working years.
He will be greatly missed by many, many friends and family.
He loved being with his family and he LOVED his sibling Jason, Corey, Britt and Shelby. Making jokes and laughing with his siblings was something that happened every time they were together as a family. He called his Ma everyday. His Papa was his go to guy. He loved him so much.
