She was preceded in death by parents Jimmie A. Shue & Erna Mae Shue, husband Carl Ray Shipley along with three brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by her daughters: Cynthia Shipley, Kathy Rohus, Carla Steppick & husband, Dan; 5 grandchildren: Kari, Rebecca, Stephen, Emily & Will and 5 great grandchildren.
She was a devoted wife, mother & Mamaw.
Bobbie was an avid bowler and a member of Hampton Road Baptist Church where she sang in the Solid Rockers.
Services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, interment at Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation from 5-8 PM, Wednesday at Laurel Land.
