Billie Rose Cox was born on July 13, 1926, in Waxahachie, Texas to parents William and Joyce Blair. She passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015 in McKinney, Texas. Billie enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, reading, working different puzzles, and traveling around the world. She worked as an educator for the majority of her life and she was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma. Billie is survived by her son Blair Cox and his wife Margaret; grandchildren Megan and Emily Cox; brothers Randy and Jeffrey Blair, and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Cox, parents William and Joyce Blair, and sister Joyce Stephanie Blair.
