Beverly Joy Holladay O'Brien

Beverly Joy Holladay O'Brien, was born on June 16, 1946, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to the late A.B. "Swede" and Emma Joy Holladay. Beverly passed away on March 18, 2010, at home in Trophy Club, Texas. Beverly spent her youth in Duncan, Oklahoma and was a graduate of Duncan High School. She attended Oklahoma City University and Oklahoma State University. She was a Flight Attendant for Braniff Airlines for twenty years. Beverly was preceded in death by her devoted husband Dr. Dennis J. O'Brien. She is survived by a son Kevin G. O'Brien and wife Aoi and grandson Aran of Napa Valley, California, a daughter Pam O'Brien of Walnut Grove, California, a brother Robert Holladay and wife Sherry of Roland, Oklahoma, their son Alex Holladay of Little Rock, Arkansas, two nieces Jennifer and husband Craig Dishman and two daughters Emma Joy and Lila Mayes of Grapevine, Texas, and Stephanie Holladay of Santa Fe, New Mexico and beloved aunts, cousins and friends. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, on Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home in Dallas. A Memorial Service will be held at White's Chapel United Methodist Church, 185 S. White Chapel Blvd., Southlake, Texas at 1:00 pm, Monday, March 22, 2010. Prior to the memorial service, the family will have gathered for a private interment at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Dallas.
