Betty Jackson

November 11th. A native Dallasite who lived most of her life here, Mrs. Jackson was

born on June 17, 1919. She lived most of her life in the Kessler Park area, where her

father, the late Dr. Frank D. Clark, had one of the longest-running medical practices

in the city, and was somewhat of a legend in the area. Betty graduated from Sunset

High School, and went on to attend Southern Methodist University, where she

graduated in 1953. She briefly taught school in White Oak, Texas before embarking

on her greatest career: being the most wonderful, loving wife and mother

imaginable. Betty loved gardening, travel, the arts, and was a great supporter of

education, having made a generous contribution to Dallas Baptist University, who

honored her by naming a gazebo on the campus in her honor. She was a very

beautiful woman, both outwardly and inwardly, even into her old age. She touched

and deeply influenced many people with her gentle, kind loving spirit. She will never

be forgotten. She is preceded in death by her father, her mother Elizabeth Clark, her

brother Frank D. Clark Jr., her sister Joy Ludwick, her first husband Louis J. Molnar,

and her second husband Henry A. Jackson. She is survived by her son David Molnar,

who will love her dearly, deeply, and forever.
