Barbara Ann Aldrich

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday, December 18, 2011, at Grove Hill Funeral Home.

She was born on August 29, 1935, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, to the late Glenn and Juanita Campbell.

Barbara and Bill met in 1955 in Winston-Salem while working for Western Electric Company. They married in 1956 and lived briefly in Morristown, NJ, and in El Paso before moving to the Dallas area. They both retired from Alcatel-Lucent.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 55 years, William; two sons: David Glenn of Fort Worth and Scott Nelson of Carrollton; a grandson, Hunter Scott; daughter-in-law, Yvette; a sister, Debbie Wilkins of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Barbara belongs to Jesus now.
