A proud graduate of Forest Hills High School, she followed her passion for fashion to the prestigious New York Fashion Institute April's impeccable sense of style and design radiated
through every aspect of her life, from her beautifully curated home to her flawless wardrobe. April loved life and found immense joy in the simple pleasures: shopping, cooking, and decorating.
She had a particular fondness for Neiman Marcus, where she often discovered treasures that reflected her
sophisticated taste. April also built a fulfilling career at Merck/Medco, where she formed lasting friendships and embraced her work as an extension of her family.
She found delight in horse racing and indulging in her favorite dish-shrimp-adding vibrancy and flavor to
her life. April's heart was captured by Nat, the love of her life, with whom she shared a deep and enduring bond.
Together, they created a life centered on love, family, and joy. Their union was blessed by the arrival of
their son, Robert-Marcus, who brought immeasurable pride and happiness to April's life. April's memory will forever be treasured by her devoted husband, Nat; her beloved son, Robert-Marcus; her sisters, Sandra (Earl), Debbie, and JoAnn (Derek); and a host of extended family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marjorie, and her sister, Roberta, whom she now joins in eternal peace.
April's spirit, love, and kindness will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Though her time with us was far
too short, her life was a testament to beauty,laughter, and love-a reflection of the incredible Woman she was.
