April, was my best friend  when we became neighbors years ago! Her daughters and my daughters were the best of friends growing up! She was such a kind hearted and loving person. She was always there for me to cry on her shoulders.  My heart will always have a piece of it missing now that she’s gone! April, you will forever be loved and missed! Fly high beautiful angel!

My friend, my sister, my confidant. I missed you from the days we departed from our daily place of employment. Until we return to see each other the next day. My weekends were so long without you. I couldn't wait to see that Beautiful smile Monday-Friday. We prayed together, we laughed, we cried. We grieved our losses together. And we shared our joys together. Now, my heart ❤ is so heavy, my tears are overflowing. I cannot imagine continuing this life journey without my best friend. I love and miss you so much. I'll see you in heaven my friend. I love you always and forever.

April was one of the kindest women I know. She helped me at Texas Neurology with issues I had and was so sweet, patient, and thoughtful! I am heartbroken and pray for her family and friends. God bless her as she sleeps with angels.

Even though I did not work for Texas Neurology, April and I worked for years to help her patients get the treatment they needed.  She was tireless and determined to help every patient.  She was compassionate and cared for every patient and their circumstance.  April will be missed not only by those who knew her, but even those whose lives she touched who may not have known her personally.  April, you are an angel now- just like in life.  God bless.

I was so hoping this was a bad dream. That we had somehow been misinformed. But God was ready for you to come home.

April was so sweet and the perfect partner for my dad at this point in his life. Her and Dad loved each other so much. I honestly never seen another couple be as content as they were just being together and doing nothing. Any time I called dad and asked what they were doing, he said "hanging outside with my wife". They just wanted to be in each others company. This world has suffered a loss. You will be missed beyond words! I love you. Rest high!

I worked with April at Texas Neurology. She was always kind and willing to help. She had a sweet spirit. She will be missed. 

My mom was my hero. Such a strong, loving, and intelligent woman. The thought never crossed my mind that we would lose her at such a young age, but I am very thankful for the 24 years I was given with her. I have so many good memories of my mom and I, but probably one of my favorites is more recent. She was such a great mom. Always doing everything she could think of to make my sister and I happy. And actually two come to mind: the day when she took my sister and I to the lake and we fed the ducks and enjoyed the scenery. The second is of her taking both of us on a walk down the street to the smoothie shop for a sweet treat. It was definitely the little things she did that meant the world to my sister and I.
