Ann started several successful business's in her life, authored two fiction books, but her true love was her twenty-five year career as a drug and alcohol counselor/clinic owner where she touched many people's lives over the years.
Ann, a loving mother, wife, counselor and friend is preceded in death by Jack Todd, husband of 37 years, parents: Clyde Burks and Margie Burks Creel, sister Billye Jean Holmes and brother Buster Clyde Burks.
Ann is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Morris and Sharron Braswell Meredith, son and daughter-in law David and Ness Meredith. Grandchildren: Marianne and husband Aaron Garrett, Laura Meredith, Daven Meredith, and cousin Diane Foster.
Ann's remains will be cremated. There will be a celebration of Ann's life at 10:00am Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Grove Hill Funeral Home.
