wings March 22, 2022. Ana Maria was born on June 13, 1936, in Periban de Ramos in
the state of Michoacan, De Ocampo, México, to José Guillen Escalera and María
Navarro Oceguera.
She married her long-time sweetheart Rogelio Quintero Oseguera on December 21,
1959. They were blessed with a wonderful marriage for 62 years.
Ana María was a long-time member of the Cathedral Santuario de Guadalupe.
However, Ana María became a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church within the
last few years. She was a devoted Catholic, and enjoyed praying the rosary daily, and
listening to daily mass.
Her hobbies included taking walks, gardening, doing word searches, and spending
time with her family. Going on trips, especially, visiting her homeland of México. Ana
María also enjoyed watching YouTube cooking videos. She loved cooking and trying
new recipes.
Ana María was preceded in death by her parents, José Guillen Escalera and Maria
Navarro Oseguera. She is survived by her loving husband: Rogelio Quintero Oseguera
of Garland, TX, Sons: Saul (Gloria) of Dallas, TX, Martin of Dallas, TX, Roy (Angeles) of
Little Elm, TX, Michael (Mary) of Fort Worth, TX. Daughters: Glenda (David) of
Garland, TX, Gabby of Lockhart, TX, and Anniee (Larry) of Memphis, TN. 18
grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, March 30,
from 4-8 p.m., with a funeral Mass at Calvary North Mausoleum Chapel, Thursday,
March 31, at 11 a.m.
