Dianne was born January 8, 1945 in Monahans,Texas to JW and Laverne Shelton. She attended Ballinger High School. Dianne worked for Frozen Food Express, Inc. in Lancaster, Texas for more than 40 years. During her time there she worked as a driver, dispatcher and driver payroll supervisor.
In her free time, Dianne enjoyed cooking, decorating, and traveling. She was one of the strongest and bravest women and loved her family and friends deeply.
Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, JW and Laverne Shelton of Ballinger, Texas, and brother, George Shelton of San Angelo, Texas. She is survived by daughter, Elizabeth Cox (Scott) of Lewisville, Texas, Chris Burns (Celeste) of Celeste, Texas and David Shane Bailey (Danielle) of Murrieta, CA. Grandchildren Addison Degginger (Jeff), Mia Burns, Sam Cox, Ian Cox and Emma Cox, Andre Bailey, Madi Bailey and Brendan Bailey and great granddaughter Arlandria Degginger. Sister Glenda Bryan (Joe), brother Johnny Shelton (Meriam) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 15, at Laurel Land funeral home in Dallas, Texas at 2 PM.
