Alma was born February 16, 1928 and passed away January 29, 2011 after a lengthy illness. She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Graham Malone; son, Tommy; parents, Mary and Edgar Schwedler; sister, Ginnie Billert; brother, Ed Schwedler and son-in-law, Robert Moore. She graduated from Adamson High School in Dallas. Alma began a career in the retail industry modeling for Neiman-Marcus. After raising 5 children she returned to the retail world as a Manager at Culwell & Son. She retired from Brooks Brothers in the late 1980's.
She is survived by her four children: Janice Krispinsky, husband Ted, of Dallas, TX; Graham Malone of Dallas, TX; Mary Ann Moore of Springfield, MO; and Jim Malone of Longview, TX. Fourteen grandchildren: Josh Malone, wife Alison of Plano, TX and their eight children: Abigail, Madeline, Elizabeth, Lydia, Gideon, Josephine, Victoria and Emerald; David Malone, wife Christine of Van Alstyne, TX and their two children: Lauren and Sean; Lisa Moore Chapman, husband Travis of Fair Grove, MO and their three children: Lisa, Mariah and Nathan; Rob Moore, wife Cindy of San Clemente, CA; Sarah Malone of Tampa, FL; Paul Malone, wife Krissy of Denver CO; Mark Malone of Denton, TX; Matthew Malone of Dallas, TX; Michael Moore of Las Vegas, NV; Dr. Luke Krispinsky, wife Mary of Suffolk, VA and their two children: Amelia and Olivia; Christopher Moore of Seattle, WA; Andrew Krispinsky of St. Louis, MO; Mallory Malone Wildt, husband Eric of Longview, TX and their son: Brooks; Miles Malone of Dallas, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private family gathering will take place at Calvary Hill Funeral Home on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 12 p.m. Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home.
