Businessman and investor, native Dallasite. Born in western Dallas December 3, 1926; died March 29, 2012. World War II Marine. Graduate of Sunset High School and Southern Methodist University. Survived by wife of 57 years, Karen, and daughters Brenda and Mary Jo, four grandchildren, three brothers, and two sisters. Graveside service and burial to be held at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery April 3, 2012, where he hunted, fished, and rode horses as a youth. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any memorials are made to the Brother Bill's Helping Hand foundation.
