Alicia O. Rodriguez, age 91 passed away on July 31, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on November 25, 1927 in San Francisco Javier Vicente Guerrera, Durango to Cayetano Ortiz and Paula Aguilar Soto. Alicia was raided in San Francisco Javier, Vicente Guerrero Durango Mexico. She married Juan Manuel Rodriguez Pacheco in 1943 and the couple had fifteen children. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking and knitting. It brought her much joy to watch as others appreciated the meals she prepared. Her family and friends will always remember her as someone with the gift of hospitality. She always had a plate of food to share with others. She is preceded in death by five of her children, her parents, and husband of sixty years.
