Alice Hill was born Alice Deloise Brown September 29, 1949 in Terrell, Texas to James E. Brown and Dora Ella Brown. She moved to Dallas, with her family at an early age. She attended Sequoyah Elementary school and is a very proud graduate of L. G. Pinkston High School, Class of 1968. Alice worked in the Title Industry for over forty years, retiring in September 2019. She accepted Christ early in life. She was a faithful member of Metropolitan AME Church for over 50 years. Like her mother she became a stewardess. All three of her daughters and one great-granddaughter also served as stewardesses. Alice dilligently served as the president of the Metropolitan stewardesses for over 30 years.
On June 20, 2020, Alice moved from this life to eternity. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Hill; her parents, James and Dora Brown; and three siblings: Edward Brown, Johnny Brown, and Barbara Robertson.
Alice will be remembered by her daughters Louwandar McCuin of Tyler, TX, Lisa Wilson (Robert) of Arlington, TX. and Larrisa Wiltz (NcGai) of Gonzales, Louisiana; by her siblings Eugene Brown, Mary Lilly, Linda Tavares, Melvin Brown and Sandra Spencer; her grandchildren Alicia, Lamishia, Constance, Taylor (Donica), Rodell, Tiara, Aiden and Avery; her great grandchildren Davontae, Amya, Kalissa, Kenneth, Elijah, Chloe and Eliayah; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives from the Brown, McCuin, Jordan, Johnson and Hill families, and many special friends.
