surrounded by family and loved ones. Alejandro was born December 23rd in Mexico to the late
Rafael Rodriguez and Margarita Munoz.
He was the oldest of five children, one preceding him in death, Graciela Rodriguez Munoz. He later relocated to Dallas Texas where he married in 1971.
He is survived by his wife Rosario Padilla Rodriguez where two children were born from this
union. Alejandro leaves to cherish his memory three siblings. Maria Rodriguez Munoz, Rafael Rodriguez Munoz, and Diana Rodriguez Munoz. Two sons Alejandro Rodriguez Jr., and
Albert Rodriguez. He also leaves behind six grandchildren, eleven nieces & nephews as well as
numerous cousins and friends. Alejandro loved spending time with this family, and was an
invested grandfather in each one of his grandchildren's lives.
Alejandro was a man of many traits, one being his passion for sports. On many occasions he attended several boxing matches and even sponsored the childrens boxing league in the community of Oak Cliff Texas. Alejandro was a profound man, who was the leader in a firm legacy to be left for the Rodriguez families. His intellect and wisdom he imparted on others was just a glimpse into the knowledge he
pertained on and off the craps tables. He was the matriarch of his family, a strong man who set
the standard for hard work, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
