Sandra Lynn Morrison

Socializing, dinner with friends, movies, traveling, shopping and cooking were just a few of the many things that Sandra loved. Sandra, 57, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday at her home. She was born in Gaston County to Henry and Lynda Morrison. Sandra was a loving mother and daughter who put her family first. She was employed for 33 years at UPS Freight and enjoyed her time there considering those she worked with as family. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Sandra leaves behind to cherish her memory one son, Michael Morrison of Cleveland Heights, OH; mother, Lynda Morrison of Dallas; several aunts and uncles.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Henry Morrison.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Hardin Community Baptist Church. Reverend Fain Farmer and Reverend Clay Ledford will preside. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to the service at the church.
