Mildred "Millie" Flynn Winburn

Mildred “Millie” Flynn Winburn, age 83, of Culpeper, Virginia passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022. She was preceded in death by parents George and Mamie O’Bryan Flynn; two sisters, Jewel Posey and Margaret Henson and one brother, Robert Flynn. Millie is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Dale Winburn; two sons, Mark Winburn, Culpeper, VA and Barry Winburn, Summerville, SC; granddaughter Mindy Inskeep, Powhatan, VA; grandson Dale Winburn, Culpeper, VA; great granddaugther River Inskeep, Powhatan, VA; three sisters Betty Deluisio, Cortland, NY, Georgie Raffidy, Paducah, KY and Mary Siegel, Clarksville, TN and one brother Jerry Flynn, Paducah, KY. Millie was an avid reader, enjoyed travel, gardening (including participation with her many friends in the local garden club) and her volunteer work in the community especially the Culpeper Regional Hospital (UVA Culpeper Medical Center). The family is very appreciative of the care she received at The Culpeper Senior Living Community.
