Mildred Piggott Stewart, widow of Robert Stewart, passed away at The Culpeper on April 24, 2018, at 100 years of age. She was born and raised in Purcellville,Va., was a graduate of Smithdeal Massey Business School in Richmond, and worked as an administrative assistant in New Jersey for spent several decades before moving to Culpeper upon her marriage to Bob in l975. She was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church. Mildred was preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Moore Sumsion of Culpeper, three other sisters and one brother. She is survived by niece Joan Moore Wright of Mechanicsville. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Precious Blood Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton, VA.
