Frances Rosemary Weaver, age 95, passed away at Amerisist Assisted Living in Orange, VA, Saturday, February 20, 2016. Frances was born in Mississippi to James P. Pool and Eura Velma Ethridge Pool January 24, 1921.
She worked in the Pentagon as a civilian secretary and loved spending time with her family.
Surviving Frances is her grandson, Jeffrey Pickering and his wife Jennifer and two grandsons, Jase and Kove Pickering, all of Culpeper, VA, and son-in-law, Bob Mecaughey of Bayse, VA.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Samuel Thurston Weaver and her daughter, Patricia Ann Weaver Mecaughey.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in Columbia Gardens Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
