Mr. Willie Othedee “Dee” Blackwood of Cullman Alabama passed away on December 26, 2013 at his residence at the age of 90. He was born in Blount County on July 7, 1923 to Willie B. and Ettie Bell White Blackwood.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Guttery officiating. Interment will be in Crossroads Cemetery.
Survivors are: Wife: Lillie Thompson Blackwood, Daughters: Joyce (Charles) Nix of Chattanooga, Tn., Doris (Michael) Screws and Barbara (Richard) Friedrich of Cullman, Al., Brother: Cordis Blackwood of Hartselle, Al., 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Friday, December 27, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home.
