He was born April 23,1944 to William and Tessie Mays Cook.
William was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Millard Cook, Grover Cook, and Homer Cook; and sister, Helen Sizemore.
William is survived by his brother; Cecil (Joy) Cook, his sons; David (Lora) Cook, Buddy (Lesia) Cook, Wayne Cook, Earl Cook, and Scott (Sarah) Cook: his daughter, Becky (Joey) Hinkle, his grandchildren, Jeremy Cook, Colby Hinkle, Karlie Hinkle, Katie Grace Cook, Byram Cook, Matte Cook, Sayde Cook, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
