Randall Ray Sivley of Cullman passed away December 15, 2019 at the age of 53. He was born in Arab Alabama January 10, 1966 to Charles and Carolyn Rutledge Sivley. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Sivley, grandparents Bill and Jane Rutledge, Dicie Sivley.

The family will meet friends for a service Friday, December 20, 2019 at 12 Noon at Rock Springs Cemetery in Blount County.

Survivors are: mother Carolyn Sivley, sisters Robin (John) Childers, Rhonda Sivley, brother Bobby (Wanda) Sivley, Godchildren Jedidiah and Gunner Westmoreland, Jarod Weissend and a host of nieces and nephews and extended family.

Visitation is Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Moss Funeral Home.
