Funeral Services for Phillip Dale Waldrep, age 64 of Hartselle who went to be with his Lord on Thursday, February 25, 2021, will be at Moss Service Funeral Home on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Hal Daigre officiating. Burial will follow at Livingston Chapel Cemetery. Moss Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be begin at 12:00 p.m. until service time.
Mr. Waldrep was born on December 15, 1956 in Cullman, Al to James H. and Joanna Burrow Waldrep. He was a loving husband, son, father and grandfather. He was a member of First Independent Methodist Church in Flint and loved reading the Bible. He enjoyed being out in nature especially hunting, fishing, hiking and taking photographs.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife, Jeannie Byrd Waldrep; mother, Joanna Burrow Waldrep; daughters: Bridget Waldrep Hope (Scott) and Megan Waldrep Selby (Cody) and grandchildren: Harrison Hope, Harmony Selby and Autumn Selby.
