It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia Ann Swann, announce her passing on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the age of 56.

She was preceded in death by her parents: O’Neal and Sarah Anders Swann and brother, Wayne Swann.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Crystal Holcomb and son-in-law, Matthew Holcomb; son, Matthew Johnson and Brandi; grandchildren: Cassity Fillmore and her husband, Austin, Devan Humes, Cailey Johnson, Jacey Johnson, Royce Holcomb, Alex Holcomb and Cayden Maze; sister, Linda Pirkle and brothers: Wallace Swann and Larry Swann.

A memorial service for her will be announced at a later date.
