She was a life-long member of the Cullman Church of Christ. Mrs.
Guthery was a much loved teacher at Vinemont for 25 years. She
treasured spending time with her family.
Preceded by: Husband, James E. “Juby” Guthery Jr.; and daughter,
Jessica Johnson.
She is survived by her daughters: Jeannie Guthery and Ann Caretti
(Jim); 4 Grandchildren: Mary Beth Johnson (Carlos) , Jake Johnson
(Emily), Jesse Johnson (Cassie) and Evan Caretti; 4 great
grandchildren: Allie, Rhett, Nora, and Owen Johnson; sister, Linda
Carman; brother, Charlie Thompson; and son-in law, Rex Johnson.
The family will be announcing a celebration of life service at a later
time.
