Mrs. Margaret Nora Bland age 88 of Rock Island, Tn., formerly of Cullman, passed away on March 12, 2017 at her residence. She was born on July 5, 1928 in Cullman and was a homemaker and a member of The Church of Christ at Rock Island. She is preceded in death by her parents: Lloyd and Ruth Elizabeth Burnham Pence, her husband: Clyde H. Bland and a sister: Frances Wilburn.
Graveside services will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Hopewell Cemetery.
Survivors are: children: Carol (Steve) Grandey, Brenda Schmidt, Sheila Bishop and Paul (Kayla) Bland, Sisters: Evelyn Latta and Martha (Wayne) Robertson, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews family members and friends.
Visitation will be on Friday, March 17 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home.
