Louie is Survived By His son; Greg Richter (Laura Axelrod) His daughter; Regena Richter (Tony Fullard), His bonus daughters; Vanessa Willis & Carolyn Fincher(Dan) his grandchildren; Ashley Richter(Tiff). John Stevens, Shelton Stevens (Amber), James Fullard(Courtney), Michelle Heaton(Jason), Robert Willis(Charlie),Danielle Fincher & Billy Fincher (Ally). His great grandchildren; Kelee,Jayden,Kyra, Parker,Braxton,Blakelyn,Berkley,Matthew,Bennett,Blake Larson,Emilyn, Cullen & Olivia. and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life visitation for Louie will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055. A celebration of life funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM at St John's Evangelical Protestant Church, 512 2nd Ave SE, Cullman, Alabama 35055.

Louie will be laid to rest in Cullman City Cemetery, 812 9th Ave SW, Cullman, Alabama 35055-4812.
