Llly Mae Heaton was born on February 12, 1917 in Cullman County to the late Doss E. King, I and Josephine Hinkle. She passed on and joined her Lord on January 12, 2013 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Lily Mae Heaton was a school teacher, teaching in the states of Alabama and Michigan until her retirement in 1978.
She is predeceased by her parents, her husband of 58 years, Bill Heaton, and all her brothers and sisters.
Lily Mae Heaton is survived by one daughter, Martha Heaton Al-Dijaili, and one son, Billy Wayne Heaton. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Laith Aldijaili, Cathy Heaton Chisum, Arkan Al-Dijaili, Keith Al-Dijaili, John Heaton, spouses of grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and scores of nieces and nephews.
