Funeral Services for Mr. Joe Edd Humphrey, age 69 of Lafayette, TN, will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Emeus Cemetery, with Rev. Tony Thomas officiating.
Moss-Service Funeral Home of Cullman in charge of local arrangements.
Mr. Humphrey passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. He was born on June 24, 1941 in Cullman to Homer Humphrey and Lois Simmons Humphrey.
He is survived by his Wife - Julia Putnam Humphrey of Lafayette, TN ; one Son - Jay E. Humphrey of Lavergne, TN; one Sister - Dinah L.(Tony) Thomas of Hanceville; one Brother - Glen (Sandy) Humphrey of Cullman; one Granddaughter - Anahmatea; as well as several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday night from 4:00 p.m. until 9;00 p.m.
