Jean McElvenny, age 91, of Hanceville, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents Derris Wafford Wisener and Hazel Walton Harris; brother ~ Wally Wisener (Ovida) Wisener; daughter ~ Jennifer Lee McElvenny and a great grandchild.

Jean is survived by her daughters: Debbie (Jeff) Albright, Jeannie Jensen (Chris) and Charlene Chapman (Brian); son ~ Bob MCElvenny (Cecelia); sister ~ Wanda Thompkins (Marty); Brother ~ Darrell Wisener (Jean); 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024 the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the celebration of Jean's life which will begin at 4:00 PM at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel.
