James Wesley Hudson, Sr., 90, of Cullman passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at his residence. He was born January 18, 1933.

He is survived by his children, Mary (Gary) Braswell, James (Michelle) Hudson, Jr., Delbert (Sue) Hudson, Craig (Karla) Hudson and Crystal Lawrence; 14 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence (Martha) Hudson and Calvin (Muriel) Hudson and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert Hudson and Madge McCain Hudson; his wife, Isabella Hudson; son, Timothy Hudson; son-in-law, Randy Lawrence; brother, Richard Hudson and sisters, Emma Lou Hathcoat and Ethel Brown.

Funeral services will be Sunday, February 19, 2023 at 2pm at Moss Service Funeral Home; burial will follow in New Hope #1 Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12pm to 2pm.
