Mr. Archie Bowen

Mr. Archie Bowen of Cullman Alabama passed away at his residence on December 9, 2012 at the age of 80. He was born on May 22, 1932 in Cullman to E.E. “Pat” and Nora Leathers Bowen. Mr. Bowen was a veteran of The United States Army and served in the Korean War. He worked at Americold as a welder for 33 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Wife: Louise Bowen and a Niece: Brooke Bowen Hill.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Samuel Tucker officiating. Interment will be in Antioch Cemetery in Fairview.

Survivors are: 1 Son: Leon Bowen, 1 Daughter: Sandi Bowen, 1 Brother: Billy (Darla) Bowen, Granddaughters: Crissy (Steve) Boling, Haley (Jason) Burgess, Great Grandchildren: Megan Boling, Matthew Boling, Kameri Burgess, Jordan Burgess, Kyndall Burgess, Nieces: Paige (Paul) Norris, Hope Bowen, Great Nieces and Nephews: Kayla, Peyton, Matthew, Lily and Aiden.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Moss Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
