Angela Laura Schaffer

A lifelong resident of Cullman, she is survived by her husband of 28 years, Kevin McKoy; her daughter, Tiffany McKoy; her parents, Anthony and Helen Schaffer; her sister, Rebecca Parker (Jerry); brother, Stanley Schaffer (Deborah); and brother, Mark Schaffer (Candace); along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

The most important thing in her life was her family. She was an especially devoted mother to Tiffany, who was the center of her life. She had many interests, and particularly enjoyed spending time at the family horse farm, attending Auburn football games, annual family vacations at St. George Island, Fla., visiting new places around the world, and her beloved dog, Jackson.

She was a 25-year employee of Cullman Primary Care, serving most recently as human resources director. Prior to that, she was employed by Paine Webber in Birmingham.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Moss Service Funeral Home, with a rosary mass at 7:30 p.m. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with interment in the Catholic cemetery.
