Jeffrey P. Phillips, 57, of Crystal Lake died Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Centegra Hospital – McHenry. He was born June 29, 1954 in Chicago to Howard and Lois Phillips. He married Anita Boyer-Peterson on May 31, 2011. He worked in sales for Detrex Chemical for more than 10 years and later for Interstate Chemical for over 20 years.
He is survived by his wife Anita, cousins Kathy Jones, Dennis Allen, Michael Allen and Suzie Stubblebine. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Wed, May 9 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave. Crystal Lake. Funeral mass will be at 10:30 am on Thurs, May 10 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave. Crystal Lake. Interment will be in Windridge Memorial Park, Cary.
