Carol E. Domagala

Carol Domagala, 71, of Crystal Lake died Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Hospice of Northeastern Illinois – Barrington. She was born December 18, 1941 to Louis and Dorothy (Bates) Redfern. She married Gerald Domagala on May 24, 1969 in Downers Grove.

She was an avid reader, great cook, enjoyed watching movies and playing pinochle. Her family was most important to her and she loved spending time with them, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children; John (Laura) Domagala, Cara Domagala, Michael (Angela) Domagala, grandchildren; Sarah, Cayla, Brandi, Ashley, Joshua, Leah, and her sister Shirley Hochleutner.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Gerald.

Visitation will be from 3-8 pm on Wed, Jan. 2 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave. Crystal Lake, IL. Funeral service will be at 10 am on Thurs, Jan. 3 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Crystal Lake Memorial Park, Crystal Lake. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, 405 Lake Zurich Rd. Barrington, IL 60010.
