Frances Lee Greer

Frances Lee Greer age 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family members on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 6:10 AM in Merrillville, Indiana. Frances was born December 22, 1939 in Knoxville, TN to Mr. and Mrs. Lamb.

Frances was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Mrs. Greer got married to Glen Eugene Greer and for most of their life they lived in North West Indiana. Many of their summers were spent vacationing in Port Clinton Ohio where they enjoyed the lake and visiting with family and friends. They both decided to make Florida their primary residence from 1993 until 2015 when she and Glen relocated back to North West Indiana.

She is survived by her husband of many years, Glen E. Greer; children, Melody Marie (Robert) Eastling, Pamela Lee Livingston, Billy Swain Randall, Michael Ennis Randall; step-children, Keith (Rita) Greer, Brian (Audrey) Greer, Mark (Peggy) Greer; 14 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.

Frances was preceded in death by her mother, Viola Marie Campbell; brother, Gerry Ennis, and step-son, Dale Greer.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, IN) with Rev. Rebecca Sundquist officiating.

Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, IN.

Friends are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 11AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
