Angela Friedericks

Angela is the loving wife of 53 years to Gene Friedericks; beloved mother to Donna (the late Billy) Keaton, Roxanne Rangel, Trinette (Randy) Keaton and the late John Schwader; proud grandmother to Eric Grupka, Nicole (Victor) Wong, Miranda (Thomas) Hagen; Mallory Perryman; Matthew Bennette and Destiny Alexander; great-grandmother to many. Devoted daughter to the late Anton and Leonarda VanderHeyden; cherished sister to Sr. Joanne "Alice" VanderHeyden and Daniel (the late Linda) VanderHeyden; Aunt to many.

Angela worked in retail for more than thirty years, eventually retiring from the Schererville Walmart. Angela was an avid walker and gardening. She especially loved spending time with her family and traveling with them. Her favorite destination with her family was Branson, Missouri.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 11:00 am until the time of her funeral at 1:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home.
