Thomas Albano

Thomas Albano of Garrison, NY passed away at home on December 9, 2021 at the age of 80. Thomas was born on October 8, 1941 to James and Frances Albano in Brooklyn, NY. He met his beloved wife, Barbara Loconto while attending Croton- Harmon High School. Barbara and Thomas were married in Feb 1960 and moved from Croton to Garrison in 1970.

Devoted husband, father and grandfather. Selfless in all that he did, always thinking of others first. Forever doing everything he could to help and support his family. He showed his love in his actions rather than his words. He loved being with his grandkids and attending all of their sporting events.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 61 years, Barbara Albano, cherished sons Keith Albano and his wife Jennifer and Matt Albano and his wife Heather, adored grandchildren Nicholas, Juliana, Alyssa, Michael, Alyssa, Adrianna, and Izabella, great grandchildren Carter, Brayden, Madison, and Nash, caring sister Cecelia Albano, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 4-8PM at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on Monday, December 13th at Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton-on-Hudson with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery also in Croton.
