Georgette C. Pisano

Georgette was born October 3, 1932 in Cliffside Park, NJ to Paul and Loretta Cernek. She also had a brother, Paul, who predeceased her.

She married Vincent Pisano, November 1, 1953 and together they had 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Her greatest joy was her family and she especially loved her role as Nanny.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Vincent Pisano. Her children: Vincent (Lissa), Paul (Nancy), and Jacquelyn Tavano (Stephen). Her grandchildren: Thomas Provenzano (Briana), Juli Cianci (Brett), Jaime Morrissey (Sean), Max, Tyler, Derek, Bianca, Caleigh. Lynden, and Carly, a bonus granddaughter since she’s five years old. Great grandchildren: Nolan and Callum Morrissey, Milo Provenzano and Lyla and Hayes Cianci. She is also survived by her loving in-laws, many special nieces and nephews whom she loved deeply and numerous friends who became family.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Sept 22nd from 3 to 7 PM at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY on Sunday, Sept 22nd from 3 to 7 PM.

A prayer service will be held on Monday, September 23rd at 10 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery, Hawkes Ave, Ossining, NY.
