My thoughts and prayers are with you.  So sorry for your loss.  
I have lived at 15 Young Avenue since I was born,  so I’ve known George since he moved into his (mother’s ?) house. Before that, he was our mailman.  He would let me tag along while he delivered on my block. He was always so kind when I was little, and all the years since. I was fortunate to have known him and he will be missed. 

So sorry to hear about the passing of a George. He was a dear friend of my mom, Dot Mekeel. They always got together and would have dinner when she came up from Florida. 
          May he Rest In Peace.
