He was born May 17, 1948 in Charleston, the son of William H. and Runa Johnson Mullins, Sr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son, Willie Mullins, brothers, Clinton Mullins, Jimmy “Ward” Mullins, and sister, Ruth Owens.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Judy Mullins, sons, Frank and Dustin Mullins, three daughters, Tonya “Matt” Atkins, Pamela “George” Akers, and Tammy “Ted” Fore, sisters, Brenda “Jr.” Honaker, Sue Stevens, grandchildren, Hayle “Johnathon” McMillion, Ashley “Jason” Gillispie, Jr., Dakota Akers, Dylan, and Jacob Atkins, Tye and T.J. Fore, Jamie Mullins, and Lil Frankie Mullins, 3 great grandchildren, Kylie and Raelyn McMillion, and Adalynn “Punkin Head” Gillispie, several nieces and nephews.
Bill retired from Burdette Reality Inc.where he worked for over 20 years.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home with Pastor Craig Cook officiating.
Gathering of family and friends will be from 12 until time of service.
