Mr. Douglas Allen Moses

Doug graduated from George Washington High School, briefly served in the military and received his BA degree from the University of Charleston. Doug lived most of his life in Charleston, enjoyed being with his family and friends, and loved music. He attended St. Luke's Episcopal Church (St. Christopher's) and Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, both of Charleston.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Leo and Margaret Moses and brothers, Donald and David Moses.

Doug is survived by his sister, Debbie Moses Ashworth and multiple nieces and nephews. Doug also leaves behind several cousins, and a special family friend, Dr. Alex Skaff.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 2, 2018 in the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston followed by a celebration of Doug's life at 11:30 a.m. with Reverend Richard G. Mahan officiating.
