Billie Faye Webb

She was born September 30, 1942 in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of William and Mary Kathryn Manning. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, David Webb, and granddaughter Shana Cowley.

Faye was retired from Newark Electronics. She also managed the family business Webb Flexographic and was District Manager for Donnelly Yellow Pages. She was an avid reader, liked the outdoors, attending horse shows and sporting events with her grandchildren. Most of all, she loved being with her family.

She is survived by her son, Ricky Webb (Cheryl), of Elkview, daughters, Leetta Webb, of Charleston, and Mary Abshire (Micheal), of Elkview. Grandchildren, David Webb, Justin Cowley (Elizabeth), Jonathon Webb, Cody Webb (Jessica) Evan Abshire and Tyler Abshire. Great grandchildren, Jackson Webb and Oakley Webb, and sister Patricia Jones (Larry), of OK.

Celebration of Billie’s life will be 3:00 pm Friday, May 26, 2023 at Pinch Ridge Memorial Church, 204 Pinch Ridge, Elkview, WV 25071 with Pastor Doug McClung officiating.

Gathering of family and friends will be from 2 until time of service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV, 25311 or Pinch Ridge Memorial Church.
