Rachel Elizabeth May

She was the daughter of Virginia L. Malo (Hare) and the late Rene M. Malo from Douglas, MA.

Rachel was a warm light of kindness and compassion with a strong love for God, and his son Jesus that was evident to everybody she met. She also loved her natural family, spiritual family and friends. She enjoyed crocheting, traveling, reading and spending time with her family. Rachel worked for the Hayden Public Library for most of her career. She also worked at Hayden Airport and was most recently employed at Sandrock Elementary School.

She leaves her husband of 11 years, Jerry May and their daughter Emily, her mother-in-law Wilma May and brother-in-law James May all of Craig, Co. She also leaves her 6 siblings: Jason Malo and his girlfriend Danielle Hunt, Eric Malo and his wife Alysha, Luke Malo and his wife Heather, April Shaw and her husband Arthur, Laura Katragjini and her husband Dean and David Malo and his wife Catherine along with several nieces and nephews: Caramia, Gloria, Riana, Sofia, Greyson, Gabriel, Isaiah.

Services will be held at Craig Middle School, 915 Yampa Ave, Craig, on Saturday October 23, at 10:00. Interment will follow at Craig Cemetery 630 Ashley Rd. Craig, CO 81625
