Colin Patrick Reilly

Colin Patrick Reilly passed away on Monday morning, June 12, 2023. He was 50 years old. Beloved husband of Colleen Vizzini Reilly for over 25 years. Loving father of Colin J. Reilly, Patrick M. Reilly, and Daniel P. Reilly. Loving son of Cynthia Whittington (Warren) and John William Reilly (Judy). Brother of John Reilly (Nicole), Erin Reilly, Westley Whittington, Warren Whittington III, Sherry Landewee, Jana Landewee, and Paul Pridemore. Godfather of Elise Reilly, Anthony Bodet, and Tristan Tomingas. He was also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Colin was born in Farmington, Missouri and moved with his family to the New Orleans area in 1975. He graduated from Archbishop Shaw High School and Delgado Community College with a degree in Criminal Justice. He began his career as a Deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office. With his brother John, Colin later opened the first of 13 Anytime Fitness Centers in 2004. Colin was a natural athlete, leader, and friend. He was a warm presence with a huge heart. Colin was devoted to Colleen, his family, and his faith. He was a gifted storyteller, and had a clever sense of humor.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Colin’s life at OUR LADY OF THE LAKE, 312 Lafitte Street, Mandeville, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Visitation will begin at 10:00 in the morning. Interment will follow in St. Lazarus of Bethany Memorial Garden.
